Then by stripping and sanding the wood following a screen process abreiring your floors and preparing for a color and deep scratch correction.This will help your floors look the best way possible. Then applying two coats of of our high quality Polyurethane stain and/or finish. Our highly skilled craftsmen usually complete hardwood floor refinishing projects in one possibly 2 days depending on the size. More importantly our owner is involved with all of our projects, ensuring that each and every wood floor refinishing job meets the strictest of standards.
Clean and Buff process
When your Floors are in good shape but they just don't seem to clean up as well as you remember...., it may be time for a deep clean and buff.
Using a powerful yet safe product, We will power scrub your floors using proffesional equipment. The slurry of dirt is then extracted from the floors.
Followed by neutralizing then rinsing to get every thing
squeaky clean.
Finally your floors are buffed out with out oscillating floor machine which brings back the natural luster.
Your floors are now ready for immediate use. To maintain your floors we highly recommend a deep clean and buff every 12-18 months.
